Roxana Caffaratto
ABOUT
Roxana learned to love and appreciate the art of painting from her parents, who were both artists in Argentina.
Being of Italian descent, she visited the Old Country often and became mesmerized by Botticelli's "Allegory to the Spring” and "The Birth of Venus" among many other European Masterpieces.

In California, she studied portrait and nude painting at the Los Angeles Academy of Figurative Art (LAAFA), followed by private workshops with Masters of the California Art Club (CAC), and art
courses at the Kline Academy of Fine Art in West Los Angeles.

Roxana is in love with the incomparable light of California and she enjoys painting the Golden State’s gorgeous landscapes. She is a member of the Plein-Aires, a group of friends who paint the outdoors on a weekly basis.
